The main thing that is making the fight against the pandemic is Kenyans ignorance and arrogance in following the guidelines and protocols put in place.
President Uhuru Kenyatta locked five counties which was a major boost in the containing of the virus, but the positivity rate curve is still worrying and threatening the reopening of these counties.
As per yesterday's report by the Ministry of Health, the positivity rate was at 14.1 per cent which was promising, but todays report indicated that the positivity rate stood at 15.4 per cent.
The major concern is that 991 more individuals tested positive from a sample size of 6417 that is worrying too. As per today's total report, the country has confirmed 147,147 numbers of positive testing.
The Ministry of Health and the Government in general are urging Kenyans to be vigilant and observe the protocols put in place as this is the only way to win the fight against Corona virus.
Stay home, stay safe.
