How to treat Joint Problems: Arthritis and Osteoarthritis

Arthritis is therefore an inflammation of the joints. It affects women and men, adults and the elderly indifferently. Arthritis can also affect children.

Arthritis is characterized by pain with inflammatory times. It wakes up at night and occurs at the start of effort, when the joints are still cold. Arthritis requires a morning rusting of more than half an hour. Three characteristics that distinguish it from osteoarthritis, with which it is often confused. Osteoarthritis hurts while resting but does not wake up at night. Morning derusting may be necessary, but it only lasts 2-3 minutes.

Another hallmark of arthritis is swelling of the joint. On the other hand, redness and heat are inconstant signs. The joints are not very hot and not very red in the case of rheumatoid arthritis, but they are in the case of gout or septic arthritis

Causes of arthritis

- Septic arthritis, caused by a germ: bacteria are found in the joint;

- Microcrystalline arthritis, caused by the deposit of microcrystals in the joint;

- Arthritis from chronic inflammatory rheumatism or autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, spondyloarthritis or systemic lupus.

Treatment

With a cup of hot water, put a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and 2 tablespoons of honey and drink to fight arthritis. Also fights chronic arthritis if you take it every day in the morning and evening for a week.

Research has been done on subjects suffering from this disease, and 40% of those who were most affected and who almost lost their mobility were able to walk without pain after one month of alternating treatment.
