According to the Ministry of Health's Wednesday statement on the spread of the deadly viral infection in the country, a total of 7704 new samples have been tested for COVID-19 within the previous twenty four hours.
According to today's Covid-19 report, a total of 649 new people have tested positive for the disease from the above mentioned new samples.
The Ministry of Health has stated that the total number of people who have been confirmed positive for the deadly viral infection in the country is now standing at 241,783 while the cumulative number of people who have so far been tested for the viral infection is standing at 2,429,337.
To some good news however, the Ministry of Health has established that 333 new Covid-19 patients have recovered from the viral infection within the last twenty four hours. The total number of recoveries is now standing at 230095.
