During the surge of the Covid-19 cases, a popular Ghanian pallbearers dance video emerged and went viral on social media platforms dominating in memes. It aimed at ridiculing the pandemic as well as creating public awareness on the importance of strictly adhering to health protocols to curb the disease. 
Recent reports now indicate that the Ghanian dancing pallbearers have actioned and sold their viral coffin dance as a Non-fungible token (NFT) for a million dollars equivalent to Ksh 115,000,000. The video which lasts for 10 seconds was sold for 327 eths (Etherum) which is equal to $1.046 million. 
This video was reportedly minted in collaboration with Ukrainian PR during the surge of Covid 19 cases in the world. Half of the proceeds are going to the Ukrainian Charity organizations at this time of the war with the Russian forces.
Despite many people frowning upon the dancing while carrying a coffin, others have found this video amusing and its proceeds will transform many lives affected by war.
