Distribution of the Friday's New Cases in Counties

Ministry of Health has sadly reported that 3 new patients have succumbed to Corona virus disease bringing the total number of fatalities in the country so far to 1,776.
The Ministry has sent its sincere condolences to the friends and families of those who have lost their loved ones.
Within the last twenty four hours, the Ministry of Health has recorded 195 new cases of Corona virus disease in the country.
The Ministry has reported that 5,859 is the total number of samples tested in the last twenty four hours.
The total confirmed positive cases as reported by the Ministry are now 101,534.
County distribution of these new cases as reported by the Ministry of Health is as follows;
Nairobi has 140, Kiambu has 8, Turkana has6, Machakos has 6, Mombasa has 5, Embu has 5, Kisumu has 5, Nakuru has 3, Kajiado has 3, Garissa has 3, Nyeri has 3, Laikipia has 2, Kilifi has 2, Makueni has 1, Kisii has 1, Siaya has 1 and Trans Nzoia has 1.
125 patients have recovered from the disease. 80 from various health facilities while 45 are from the Home-Based Isolation and Care. Total recoveries now stand at 84,268.
