Wetangula Says It Is Meaningless To Lockdown The Country Without Mass Vaccination

The Bugoma member of senate Moses Wetangula has advised the Uhuru kenyatta's government to use the lockdown to administer mass vaccination.

Moses Wetangula terms the partial lockdown as meaningless if it is not used to help Kenyans in fighting Corona virus pandemic.

Moses Wetangula has also requested the ministry of health to stop banning the Russian civid19 vaccine but instead use it to help Kenyans by vaccinating them.

The law maker has bashed out at Kenyatta's government for not taking this opportunity to vaccinate Kenyans and help them cub out the steady increase of Corona virus infections in the country.

The senator speaking during a burial in Bugoma said that without mass vaccination in the country, the virus would still spread.

Senator Wetangula also blamed the government for banning the vaccine imported from Russia claiming that it could also be useful.

He further told the government to stop asking the means through which the vaccine got in the country but instead buy it and use it for the benefit of the Kenyan citizens.
