Drink enough water
The human body can last weeks without food but only days without water.The body is made up of 50 to 75 per cent water.Water forms the basis of blood, digestive juices and urine.Our bodies cannot store water and therefore we need fresh supplies every day to make up for losses from the lungs, skin and urine.Water also helps to make the blood thin and thus lowering the blood pressure which eventually protects us from cardiovascular diseases.It is better not to take water with meals.This is encouraged because fluids diffuse the digestive fluids thus slowing down the digestion process.
Our brain functions throughout the day.It is the human processor.Our brain require some time to process.This can be well achieved by having a rest.This enables one to be stress- free. Rest also invigorates and renews tired nerves.Proper rest can be induced by a warm shower if one is tired.
