The Ministry of Health has today informed Kenyans that 16 people have tested positive for Covid 19 from a total sample of 1, 318. Today's positivity rate is at 1.2 per cent. All the 16 new cases are Kenyans 9 males and 8 females. The youngest is 20 years old and the oldest is 78 years old.
81 patients have recovered from Covid 19, 71 of them are from home based care and 10 are from our health care facilities. Total recoveries in the country is now at 246, 355.
Another bad news to Kenyans 3 patients have died from the disease all of the deaths being late deaths. The death toll in the country rises to 5, 260.
