Today the Ministry of Health announced that 1,211 people have tested positive for the deadly coronavirus disease. This number was obtained after 9,304 samples weer tested in the last 24 hours. This has now raised the total number of Covid-19 infections in Kenya to 76,404 confirmed cases. The ministry of health has managed to test 833,004 samples as at November 21st, 2020 since the zero Covid-19 patient was reported in Kenya.
Sadly, 17 more coronavirus patients have died of the deadly virus bringing the total Covid-19 fatality in Kenya to 1,366. Condolences to those who have lost their loved ones to this pandemic.
On a more positive note, the Ministry of Health Kenya has confirmed that another 368 patients have fully recovered from the dangerous Covid-19 disease. In the total number of Covid-19 recoveries, 265 were from the home-based isolation care and the other 103 patients were discharged from different hospitals. Kenya now has a total of 51,352 Covid-19 recovered cases.
