Use These 2 Home Remedies to Stop Snoring

Snoring is often associated with a sleep disorder called obstructive sleep apnea which causes a loud snoring followed by periods of silence when breathing stops or nearly stops. People snore due to the following causes, Too much alcohol taking, Witnessed breathing pauses when a person is sleeping, when a person excessively sleep at day time and it comes naturally. Everytime a person snores he/she can cause a disrupting sleep to their partners,and friends.

People can stop snoring by using these two home remedies that are simple

1.Olive oil.

Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil into a cup and then add 1teaspoon of honey to it and then mix well and drink daily before bedtime. This is because olive oil has plenty of benefits to your body and can help people to stop snoring since it prevents your throat muscles from blocking the throat when you sleep.

2.Ginger and honey tea.

You can make yourself for a person who snores, a cup of ginger tea and honey and drink it twice a day. When ginger and honey are mixed they help clear mucus that can block the throat while sleeping. Ginger is also a herb that is capable of curing any problem in human body since it is highly enriched with anti inflammatory and antibacterial properties. These properties soothes your throat and provide relief from snoring.
