Our brains are one of the essential body parts and if we do some common habits on our daily basis we might be on the verge of harming them.

Below are some of our daily activities that can cause significant damage to our brain. 

1.Playing loud music with earphones or headphones

Listening to music at a very high volume with your earphones or headphones might damage yourhearing abilities permanently. It can result in some brain problems such as loss of memory and damage to your brain tissue in the coming future.

2.Lack of communication 

A study conducted at the University of Michigan showed that even 10 minutes of communication per day increases mental ability. It is not at all necessary to go out and talk to the first person you see – talking with a friend or relative on the phone also stimulates the brain.

3.Too Much food 

A study published in the journal Neurology in 2012 examined 6000 people, who were on average 50 years old. 10 years later, the same participants were examined once again and the results showed that the ones who were overweight, had a 22% higher deterioration of their cognitive functions than their slimmer counterparts.

4.Sitting for too long is hurting you

Sitting is one of the worst things we can do for our health. A UCLA study reports that people who are more sedentary have thinning in brain regions linked to memory.

It finds that sitting isn't just a physical health risk .

5. No Breakfast

People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level.

This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration
