Bad breath is medically known as Halitosis,caused by poor oral hygiene,indication of other health issues,the type of food you eat and finally harmful lifestyle practices.

1. Aloe vera.

Take half a cup of aloe vera juice

2. Cinnamon

In a cup of water,boil one teaspoon of cinnamon powder.

Bay leaves and cardamon can also be added.

Strain the solution and use it to freshen your breath as a mouth rinse.

3. Apple cider vinegar.

Before each meal,mix one tablespoon of raw,unfiltered apple cider vinegar into a glass of water and consume it. The vinegar will aid digestion while also treating foul breath.

Gargle with a cup of water and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.

1. Consume high-fibre foods

2. Use mouthwash N/B alcohol-based mouthwash should never be used because the alcohol dries out the mouth,exacerbating the condition.

3. Green and black teas reduces oral bacteria.

4. Regularly get a new toothbrush.

5. Schedule regular dental checkups.
