Lilian Nganga is seemingly not bothered with anything and she is constantly working on everything that creates happiness in her life. Lately, she has been posting much about her projects on all her social media pages and as a matter of fact, her lifestyle is impressive. When the month of September began, Lilian Nganga claimed that she is planning to start a body fitness project and this was supposed to be morning run mostly. Today, Lilian Nganga was happy to update fans concerning her fitness program. The 36years old claimed that she has been engaging in morning run everyday since 1st September up to today. According to her post, Lilian has lost a total of 16.593 calories in the last one month which is a good progress. The young lady congratulated herself for finishing the monthly race claiming that she was not sure if she will make it. Lilian is planning to continue with the fitness program until when she will attain her desired weight.
