Six family members from Migori county have turned totally blind. The six lost their sight in an unclear circumstances as one die. The 12 year old boy who died had lost his sight before he started convulsing, collapsed and died. The incident has left many wondering what could be happening to the family.
The father, mother and their four children ages between seven and twenty four have were rushed Migori hospital for treatment. The doctors have also saw d that they have never seen such an incident where people just turn blind without any clear cause. Mr George Omondi, the father said that they all realised they were blind on Saturday Morning because they were in good health when they went to bed on Friday Night.
“My wife and all the children were in good health when we went to bed on Friday night. I only realised that my entire family had gone blind on Saturday morning,” Mr Omondi told the Nation. Thim Jope Sub-Location Assistant Chief Kerry Otieno confirmed ahs also confirmed the incident.
