The MCA who was also the minority leader have been mourned this morning due to his dedication on matters legislation in the assembly as well as service to people.
Mr Sagurani died of COVID-19 complications while undergoing treatment at Pandya Hospital in Mombasa Tuesday night. Confirming the death is Speaker of the county assembly Mr Maghanga. He announced that the MCA dies at around 10pm.
The county Government of Taita Taveta has also mourned the MCA for his dedication in service delivery.
The country is mourning his death which is so sudden and which have been claimed by COVID-19.
It's tough times for the family, the county assembly and the nation mourning the life of Mr Sagurani who is no more.
