With the vaccine in our custody many people are still afraid of getting the jab for fear of severe side effects that may arise from getting vaccinated.
However,the health cabinet assistant secretary Mercy Mwangangi has urged Kenyans not to fear getting the vaccine as they still consider it safe.The able CAS also added that there would be a headache and pain in the arm but that should not deter anyone from being vaccinated.
"We still do consider this vaccine to be safe, a headache and pain in the arm should not deter you from coming forward to receive the vaccine,"said the health CAS.In Kenya we already have two vaccines,the Astra zeneca and Sputnik vaccine.Majority of leaders have gotten the jab and encouraged Kenyans to get the vaccine as it is safe in order to curb the spread of this deadly virus that has seen the country enter the third wave.
Covid 19 cases have been on the surge of late with hospitals receiving patients day and night.To keep safe from this virus one must wear a mask, sanitize,keep social distance and get vaccinated.
