Residents of Garissa county have been left in panic after the government announce worrying news concerning Covid-19 pandemic. In the past few days, the ministry of health has been indicating that Garissa county is now more affected with Covid-19 infections as compared to other counties.
According to reports by the TV47 Kenya, the government has announced tough measures to Garissa county over increased rate of Covid-19 infections in that county. Due to increased surge of Covid-19 infections, the government of Garissa county has preferred to enact more measures which will prevent more spread of the virus.
Some of measures which residents of Garissa county are expected to adhere to are suspension of all public gatherings, wearing of face masks regularly, keeping social distancing and closure of some places which are prone to great spread of Covid-19 infections.
These tough measures enacted by the government has resulted to residents of Garissa county to be in panic as Covid-19 fourth phase seems to be more tougher.
