Avoid these mistakes if you are trying to lose weight.
There are several things that you should avoid if you are trying to lose weight. This includes;
Every day work out.
Try and avoid working out every day. Instead, settle for 2-3 days per week. Too many cardio exercises such as aerobics can hurt your cardiovascular system. It is therefore important to know your limit and stick to it.
You are also on a low-calorie diet. This means that the diet does not provide you with all the nutrients you require. During exercises, the body needs fats, proteins, and carbohydrates to build muscles and improve metabolism.
If you are working out every day, you are likely to feel tired all the time.
Taking a bath immediately after working out may lead to a feeling of dizziness or fainting. This is because you lose a lot of fluids during work out and your blood pressure rises. It is therefore recommended you take water instead.
