The Ministry of Health has on 9th December 2022 sent a message to all Kenyans concerning the Covid 19 Update in the country and also the response measures.
In the last 24 hours, 10 people tested positive for the virus. The new positive cases are from a total sample size of 125.
7 of the new cases are from Nairobi County. Kakamega County has reported 2 cases each. Kisumu has reported 1 case in the last 24 hours.
20 patients today were discharged after fully recovering from the virus and the new recoveries are from the home based isolation and care program.
No fatalities were recorded.
30 patients are currently admitted in the health care facilities in the country. 485 patients are currently admitted in the home based isolation and care program.
