Tea is loved by every human being, particularly due to its capability to make ones body calm and hot during cold seasons. Scientists have proved that tea, a products involved in making milk tea, has caffeine. Caffeine in tea has the following effects.

1. Causes Poor Sleep;

Tea naturally contains caffein.Excessive intake may disrupt your sleep cycle resulting to poor sleep to an individual.

Melatonin is a hormone that signals your brain that it’s time to sleep. Some research suggests that caffeine may inhibit melatonin production, resulting in poor sleep quality. This will make one feel dizzy at times of sleep thus poor sleep.

2. Causes Heart Burn;

The caffeine in tea may cause heartburn. This is an effect very little people know its cause. Research suggests that caffeine can relax the sphincter that separates your esophagus from your stomach, allowing acidic stomach contents to more easily flow into the esophagus.

Caffeine may also contribute to an increase in total stomach acid production, resulting to severe stomachache.

3. Cause Pregnancy Problems;

Exposure to high levels of caffeine from beverages like tea during pregnancies may increase your risk of complications, such as miscarriage and low infant birth weight experienced on newly born babie

The dangers of intake of caffeine during pregnancies, is mixed, and it’s still unclear exactly how one may be safe. Its therefore important to manatin low tea intake which reduce caffeine levels in the body.

4. Causes Headache;

Routine consumption of caffeine from tea may contribute to recurrent headaches. One can avoid this by minimizing tea consumption.

Some research suggests that as little as 100 mg of caffeine per day could contribute to daily headache recurrence, but the exact amount required to trigger a headache can vary based on an individual’s tolerance.
