Morning sickness is known to be one of the early signs of pregnancy in women. This may be due to hormonal imbalance which may be evident through vomiting in the morning hours but the victim reverts to normal as daytime approaches.
This disorder as well can be controlled like any other health problems but this is unknown to many. The natural herb commonly known as 'tangawizi' (ginger) can be a remedy to it. This is a pulpy root that tastes bitter with an aromatic smell. Take a cup of its beverage or extract daily and you'll smile at the outcomes.
It's also used to control motion sickness, colic, stomach upset, bloat, diarrhoea, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS),nausea, nausea caused by cancer treatment , nausea caused by HIV/AIDS treatment and also controls vomiting after surgery. It's also used in weight loss.
Ginger is also used to control menstrual cramps, control of sugar level and migraine headaches. Since it's a natural plant product, it's consumption can be a source of extra nutrients to the body.
