The Constitution of Kenya contains the bill of rights that has fundamental human rights and freedoms such as right to seek medical services as health is paramount.
It's good news to Ugenya residents from Siaya county that is under the leadership of governor Corniel Rasanga after a Wellwisher by the name Prof. Fred Ogolla has set up a medical camp at an area called Ranak for the residents to seek free medical services.
According to Prof. Ogolla, he has decided to take this move to help thousands of the Ugenya residents who have encountered problems when it comes to matters relating to health. He added on saying that people are forced to spend alot of money travelling to different counties such as Busia to seek medical attention.
The medical camp offers medical services and treatment of different diseases. Mr. Samuel Odero who is a volunteer health worker in the same camp, has said that they are targeting over 1000 residents to enjoy the free medical services.
