The ministry of health has announced 185 people who have been tested positive for coronavirus in the last 24 hours from sample size of 2,047. The positivity rate has increased from 7.3% to 9.0%. 171 are kenyans while 14 are foreigners. In terms of gender, 112 are males while 73 are female. The good news is that today 1,186 patients have recovered from the disease. However, it is sad that 15 Patients have succumbed from the disease.

Nairobi 94, Bungoma 25, Mombasa 16, Machakos 11, kakamega 7, Tana River 5, Kilifi 5, Kiambu 4, Homa Bay 3, Kajiado 3, Nakuru 3, Murang'a 2, Kericho 2, Kisii 1, Kwale 1, Makueni 1, Meru 1 and Tharaka Nithi 1.
Let us continue observing protocols of covid-19 pendamic by observing social distance, washing hands with sanitizer, wearing face mask in crowded areas and observing curfew hours.
