Milk is a delicacy to hundreds of millions of people all over the world. However it has health related risks that you may not have been aware of.
1. Heart diseases

Milk is highly saturated with fats and cholesterol which increase the chances of one contracting cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease, high blood pressure and cardiac arrest. Milk is also linked to diabetes.
2. Obesity

Milk has a very high content of fat. People planning on losing weight are advised not to take milk since this fat can make them go fatter instead or make it very difficult to lose weight.
3. Bloating and constipation
One of the things found in abundance in milk is lactose. Lactose is very hard to digest and thus can lead to bloating and constipation. Moreover one's stomach may form too much gas which is unpleasant.
4. Increased risk of having cancer
Cow's milk contains a protein called casein which is used industrially in making paints! Imagine yourself consuming one of the raw materials used in making the substance that colours objects, houses etcetera. It may sound scary, but that's not the problem. The biggest threat of casein is that it one of the leading risk factors of cancer.
