KMTC Nurse Who Danced for a Sick Child Lands a Top Appointment and a Trip Outside Kenya

The you h nurse from the Kenya Medical Training College who was captured dancing for a Sick child has landed herself an ambassadorial Job.

According to sources, apart from the ambassadorial appointment, she will also be taken to Zanzibar, Tanzania for a four day trip.

Travel and tours company, Expeditions Maasai Safaris awarded the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) student the brand ambassadorship role and gifted her a four-day trip to Zanzibar as well.

“Not only did we award the amazing @lukresiarobai a 4-Day Zanzibar vacation but also made her our brand ambassador for the next 1 year. Help us congratulate her!” wrote the tour company on their social media.

A simple act of cheering up a young patient has turned Lukresia Robai, a trainee nurse at Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) into an internet sensation.

A video of Robai, 22, dancing for a child at Kitale County Hospital in Trans Nzoia went viral, catching her by surprise.

On TikTok, she amassed a following of nearly 79,000 and has accrued nearly half-a-million likes.

In the four days since the clip went viral, Robai met Trans Nzoia's governor, George Natembeya and was also interviewed by several Kenyan media outlets.
