Countries In Africa That Monkeypox Has Been Detected, Signs And Symptoms Of Monkeypox

Monkeypox disease that was confirmed by WHO has been detected in Africa. According to WHO, The first case was reported in UK. A number of countries have been listed to have already reported the disease. Could it start like Covid-19?

The following countries have reported cases, are Benini, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Nigeria, South Sudan, Sierra Leone.

According to experts, they reveal that the disease is likely to spread to other countries also. WHO told the world to be alert on the disease that is greatly characterized by open sores that are first detected in the face.

The signs and symptoms of Monkeypox are as follows;

1. Headache.

2. Fever.

3. Open sores that are first detected in the face then proceed to the rest of the body.

4. Body pains.

5. Muscle pains.

6. Exhaustion.

The medical personnel urges anybody who could have shown the above signs to seek medical attention immeaditely.
