These foods are high in nutrients and minerals to keep women's healthy good. The key to a good healthy in women to prevent them from diseases,live a happy life and stay strong is by eating foods rich in nutrients. Most of us we don't consume foods that are rich in nutrients and the doctors are advising women since they carry pregnancy,breast feed to eat the following foods to keep them healthy .

Eat Kales. Kales are the most Nutrious foods in the planet. Its rich in vitamins,minerals, antioxidants and fiber. Eating Kales regularly it can supply you with vitamin C and K it is also rich in antioxidants that prevents infammations of the body cells. The fiber in the Kales is ideal for weight loss and reducing cholesterol level.

Avocados. Avocados are high in good fats that help the hair shine and the fats are good for the heart thus lowering the cholesterol levels.

Fatty Fish like Salmon.

Fatty fish is a good source of vitamin D. And Dr Tolliver adds that consumption of fatty fish can reduce the risks of cardio vascular diseases and they are high in potassium that can reduce blood pressure.


Beans and other legumes are the best to eat since they are high in folate which is good for reproductive mothers. The folate present in legumes helps in the growth of the fetus.

Eggs are also a good source of Nutrients. eggs contains a unique antioxidant which is found only in eggs that lutein which is good for the eye healthy. Eggs are rich in vitamin B good for the live due to selenium properties in it.
