Breakfast Ideas: How to Prepare Fluffy Pancakes 

There are very many ways that you can use to prepare pancakes. The method of preparation will determine the results. Pancakes are loved by many people since they can be eaten as a day snack or for breakfast. 


To achieve fluffy pancakes, always use a fork to whisk your ingredients. Milk always gives the best flavor of pancakes. 

Always cook on low heat to prevent the pancakes from burning. 


-2 cups of flour self-raising flour

-2 eggs

-2 scoops of margarine/butter (use tablespoon)

-3 tablespoons of sugar

-1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

-Warm water/ milk. 

Method of Preparation

1. Melt the margarine. You can melt it in hot water to ensure it is not hot but just molten.

2. Add the milk/water to the molten margarine. The milk should be one cup. Whisk your eggs, then add them to the mixture. 

3. In another bowl, add flour, sugar, vanilla. Stir to mix. 

4. Add milk/ water and egg mixture as you whisk.  Ensure the mixture has the consistency of smooth yogurt. 

5 When frying oil is optional since the butter we placed in the mixture will do. 

6. I prefer a non-stick pan, pour at the center and it will spread out to a firm circle of the desired size.

7. Turn for the other side to cook too. Remove from the fire and set aside. 

8. Repeat for the other barter. Once done, serve the pancakes with honey and fruit topping, and some thick cream tea.
