Fruit juice

It lacks the fiber found in the fruit from which it was derived, which is one of the reasons apples and grapes make you feel full and decrease the absorption of sugar into your circulation. Your blood sugar can swiftly surge and then plummet if you don't eat enough fiber, making you hungry.


White rice
