Mixing kales is one art most people do. But do you do it right? I find this mixture so yummy. It's time-saving when I am in a hurry for setting a meal.
While preparing sales, always choose young and fresh kale.
Always choose soft meat for the best results.
Avoid using tomatoes excessively as it may turn the meal sour.
To prepare kales and beef you will need the following ingredients;
-1 kg beef meat
- 3 bunches kales
- 1 large onion
- 3 large tomatoes
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 pinch of salt to taste
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
Steps to follow for preparation and cooking
- Cut and boil beef until tender. Wash the makes, drain excess water, remove the stalks and cut into tiny strips.
-Let the beef dry up the water. Stir the beef in the pan under medium heat until golden brown.
- Fry onions to a golden brown color, add diced tomatoes and salt. Cook into a smooth sauce. Add tomato paste and stir.
- Put the beef in the tomato saucepan, stir and cook for about 10 mins, add the kales and stir, cook for about 3mins and remove from heat.
- Serve hot with ugali.
