Garlic, ginger and lemon juice, a fat burning recipe

Ginger, garlic, and lemon juice are the three most often used spices, and they all have antioxidant characteristics. In instance, the use of garlic and ginger together has been shown to accelerate fat burning throughout the body.

The amount of fresh ginger and lemons required is directly proportional to the quantity of garlic that will be produced.

You can prepare the ginger and garlic by grating it, juicing it, or preparing it in a blender. In order to extract the lemon juice, warm water should be added to a bowl.
