1. 2⅕ all purpose flour.
3. Hand full of Coriander.
4. A tea spoon of garlic.
5. Tea spoon of paprika.
6. Tea spoon of tamarind powder.
Peel and wash your potatoes. Chop the potatoes into very thin slices, make sure that they are not too thin and too thick, so that they may cook very well. The next step is making batter. Put the two and a half cups of flour into a mixing bowl and then add the tamarind powder, paprika, garlic and the hand full of Coriander. then mix them altogether, you can either use a fork, whisk or even your hands to mix them. Once your done mixing, add some water slowly by slowly, bit by bit as you continue to mix them. Mix the them until it makes a paste.Take your frying pan, heat vegetable oil to a medium high heat. Take your potato and deep it in the bhajia paste, and make sure it is evenly coated. add more Bhajias and then you deep fry them.
Make sure you turn your Bhajias until they are cooked to golden brown. Cook them for about six to seven minutes each before you bring in the next bunch. And there you have your golden brown bhajias, really really looking beautiful.
