Simple Steps To Prepare Egg Curry

Sometimes you have no idea what to prepare for your family but today I'm going to give your an ordinary recipe to cook egg curry which you can quick fix at your home.

Eggs are a source of protein and the main functions of proteins in the body are to build, strengthen and repair or replace things, such as tissue.

Eggs are also filling and help in weight loss. This meal is good for kids and for the whole family

Ingredients

1.3 to 4 boiled eggs

2.Tomatoes (you can blend them)

3.Natural yogurt or mala

4.onions

5.Dania (coriander)

6.Garlic or any spice you like

Procedure

1.Begin by heating the cooking oil then add your onions and garlic, wait until they turn slightly brown

2.Add you tomatoes simmer the mixture for several minutes till the tomatoes begin to boil.

3.After the tomatoes have boiled add natural yogurt or mala and stir then let it simmer for some few seconds

4.At this point turn the heat to low, add your boiled eggs and then cover and simmer for 2 minutes then add your coriander .You will then switch off the heat.

You can eat this egg curry with plain rice.
