Ingredients
1 egg.
3 slices of toast
1 tsp of salt,
black pepper, or paprika to the mix.
1 garlic clove, smashed
1 ripe banana
oil for cooking
Process
1, In a large mixing bowl, crack the egg and season with salt, paprika, or black pepper, add the minced garlic and whisk the mixture together.
2, One by one, dip the bread slices into the mixture...
3, Preheat your frying pan and put in a small amount of oil.
4, Arrange the slices in a pan and cook till golden brown on both sides.
Serve with milk or tea.
