How To Cook Sweet Fish With Kales To Serve With Ugali




It is good to eat a balanced diet. We all love fish but it is good when we serve it with some green vegetables like kales, spinach and kunde. Today we learn how to cook fish with some kales to serve with ugali.

The ingredients;

  1. Tomatoes
  2. Onions
  3. Cooking oil
  4. Salt
  5. Spice of Choice

The procedure to follow;

  1. Fry onions in cooking oil till it Goldens
  2. Add in the tomato and reduce heat for it to soften
  3. Pour fish stalk to it and cover to simmer for 30 mins and put the deep fried fish to the stew and allow to boil
  4. Serve with steamed kales and ugali
