The procedure to follow;
- Fry onions in cooking oil till it Goldens
- Add in the tomato and reduce heat for it to soften
- Pour fish stalk to it and cover to simmer for 30 mins and put the deep fried fish to the stew and allow to boil
- Serve with steamed kales and ugali
Fish is full of calcium which is required by our bodies so as to have strong bones. The kales will provide your provide your body with vitamins that are required by the body to boost your immunity and fight diseases. It is therefore good to serve fish with kales.
