Chicken is the most common poultry. Many prefer to rear them due to their cheap costs of raising them. There meat "chicken' is the stable food for most households in the world. In this article we are going to discuss about the healthiest way to cook chicken.

Chicken provides protein which is very important for our bodies. They also give vitamin B which includes iron, selenium and potassium. Chicken being versatile it has several way of cooking them. Below are some of this method.

1.Steaming

This method provides the shortest time to cook chicken. In steaming high temperatures are used to cook meat. This method produces a soft and tender chicken.

2.Pressure cooking

Similar to steaming in the sense that high temperatures is used. The good thing with this method is that vitamins is retained and minimal or no harmful chemicals is produced.

3.Microwaving

This method is mostly used in large scale processing of chicken. This method of cooking reduces the production of the harmful chemicals.
