How To Prepare Chapati Mixed With Carrots, Ginger and Lemon

I believe its not a must one to eat the same kind of chapos everyday so I tried to changed both the flavor and colour. The results were really amazing and superb. Let me teach you this simple recipe.

The ingredients to have;

  1. 1 kg wheat flour
  2. 1 bunch carrots
  3. 1 ginger
  4. 1 lemon
  5. Cooking oil
  6. 2 cups Warm water

The procedure to follow;

  1. First you grate the washed lemon and ginger
  2. Also in the same bowl grate the carrots
  3. Mix them in warm water and add salt
  4. Put your wheat flour and make a dough
  5. Cut the dough into small shapes
  6. On each shape,press it on the chapatti stool until its round in shape
  7. Then put it on a hot pan and add oil

8. It can be served with tea or any stew.

This is the best type of chapati to eat, because it has all the nutrients needed by the body and your chapatis will stay for long because of lemon.
