How To Prepare Wet Fry Beaf, Sukuma Wiki and Ugali for Supper

Despite the price of Unga going up we still need to eat ugali. It is our favorite food and we can't imagine missing it. So today we prepare this delicious supper.

The ingredients;

  1. 250 gms maize flour
  2. Water
  3. 1/2 kg meat
  4. 3 cloves garlic
  5. 2 large onions
  6. 1 large capsicum
  7. 1 bunch corriander
  8. Black pepper
  9. Tumeric powder
  10. to taste Salt
  11. Cooking oil
  12. Tomatoes

The procedure to follow;

  1. Boil the meat and let it brown
  2. Pour in oil
  3. Add in the crushed garlic.Stir until it's golden brown
  4. Add the onions until golden brown
  5. Add tomatoes, capsicum, corriander,tumeric powder, black pepper & salt
  6. Stir well and put aside
  7. In a pan, saute the onions and add the shredded kales.I like them crunchy.Add some little salt to taste
  8. Put water in a pan & bring it to boil.Add flour and stir in it's stiff.
  9. Serve the food hot

Serve hot and enjoy to the maximum at home, despite the economy we need to treat ourselves with the little we get. Share the recipe to your friends.
