How To Cook Delicious Kunde To Serve With Ugali

Kunde is one of the best traditional vegetables we all love to eat. Kunde is always best served with ugali. It has zero side effects and is so much nutritious. Today let's learn how to cook delicious kunde.


3 bunches of kunde

2large onions

2large tomatoes

2Royco Beef cubes

1/2 tea spoon salt

Cooking oil

Traditional salt

1 Cup of milk

The procedure;

1) Prepare the kunde by plucking the leaves off the steam.

2)Wash the vegetables in a bucket full of water three times to remove all the mud.

3)Boil the kunde with four spoons of traditional salt for thirty minutes turning it every ten minutes.

4)As the kunde is boiling finely chopped the tomatoes and onions.

5)Fry the onions in a cooking oil until golden brown.

6)Add tomatoes to fry until they dissolve with water and royco.

7)Add the kunde and stir it until the tomatoes are properly mixed.

8)Add cream and milk it until evenly spread steam for three minutes.

9) Your kunde is ready and serve it with ugali enjoy.
