Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine has finally cast his vote and issued a statement on what he thinks about the results.
On an interview with NTV, Kyagulanyi explained that having reached that far despite the intimidation and his close team having been shot dead by the regime, was a sign that Uganda wanted change and nothing else.
He noted that efforts to see him throw in the towel never yielded fruits because he was focused on what he wanted to achieve for Ugandans.
“We all saw the efforts to block me from campaigning and reaching out to the people but here we are, and we are going to win. Whether Byabakama announces us as winners or not, that’s his business," Bob Wine.
Bobi Wine and his wife Barbara Kyagulanyi addressed the press conference at their home where they alleged massive poll irregularities and harassment as the polls opened.
The Kyadondo legislator cast his vote at Magere Freedom Square Polling Station. He was in the company of wife Barbie Kyagulanyi Itungo.
