Who doesn't love Omena. Omena is full of nutrients and calcium which makes our bones strong and generally our bodies become healthy. Omena is good to eat especially to children. We have two types of cooking Omena you can either prepare dry or wet Omena. Today let's have a look at how to cook wet fry Omena;
The ingredients to have;
- 250 g omena
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- Cooking oil
- Knorr beef
The procedure to follow;
- Warm one cup of water and wash the omena. Heat cooking oil in the frying pan and add omena. Fry till golden brown.
- Add the onions and after few mins tomatoes.
- Mix well then add the Dania with salt.
- Add half cup water for soup. It should be wet.
- Serve with Ugali and enjoy.
