How To Cook Delicious Mandazis For Breakfast

Cooking Mandazi is an awesome things that you will ever experience in your life. You just need the following ingredients and following a few steps to make tasty Mandazi.

To begin with, you need the following things as ingredients for 40 Mandazi: 3 cups of all purpose flour, a half cup of sugar, one teaspoon of baking powder, 2 teaspoon baking cardamon, a half teaspoon of salt, I egg and 13 cups of coconut milk.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder,cardamon and salt. Then use a spatula to mix in the egg and coconut milk until the dough comes together.

Put the dough out onto a flat surface table and knead until smooth. Divide the dough into 4 portion, roll out one portion of dough into a circle about a half inch then cut it into 6 triangles. Repeat the remaining dough portion.

Heat the oil in a large pot until it reaches 350 farenheight. Then on working batch, fry the Mandazi for 2 minutes per side until they are golden brown. Remove the golden brown Mandazi and put them on the plate for cooling. After five minutes, your Mandazi will be ready for breakfast. You can serve them to your family together with a 'love' tea
