"Hiyo Pesa Yote" See the Price of tea(Turungi) in Halingham resort that has stirred debate

The price of commodities such as foodstuffs in most restaurants and resorts differ with its quality and standard. The price of tea in most hotels in rural areas in Kenya is approximately Ksh 10 to Ksh 15, this about $ 0.1US dollars.

However, the same tea in big hotels and restaurants is sold at a comparatively higher price than that. Popular blogger on twitter called Lord Abraham Mutai has suprised netizens online after sharing a bill for a cup of Turkish tea also known as "turingi" in Kenya.

Taking to his Twitter account, Mutahi said that he appreciates for the nice service at Big Knife Hurligham hotel. He said, "otherwise thanks Big knife Hurligham. I enjoyed Turungi and shawarma." According to the photo of the bill, the tea was sold at Ksh 100.
