A French omelet is classic egg recipe that is delicious, and simply to die for. It is easy to prepare with simple fillings of your choice. It is versatile and favorite, it is best cooked one at a time and served immediately.
1 tbsp. butter
Dash of pepper
1/8 tbsp. salt
1/3 cup shredded cheese and finely chopped ham
1, Beat eggs, water, pepper, and salt in a small bowl and whisk together.
2, Heat butter in 6-8 inch on a non-stick pan over medium heat, until hot. Tilt the pan to coat the bottom. Pour egg mixture into a pan. Mixture should set immediately at the edges.
3, Gently push cooked portions from the edges towards the center with inverted turner so that the uncooked egg can reach the hot pan surface. Continue cooking, tilting the pan, and gently moving the cooked portions as needed.
4, When top surface of the egg thickened and not visible, liquid eggs remains, place filling on one side of omelet. Fold omelet in half with turner with a quick flip of the wrist, turn pan and invert or slide omelet into plate and serve immediately.
