Kuku Choma is a popular chicken dish in Kenya. It's chicken meat that's been cooked over coals and seasoned with salt, garlic, onion, paprika, allspice, lemon juice, pepper, salt, and oil are used to make it.
It can be served alone or with other foods such as salad or ugali with Sukuma wiki or kales.
1/2 kg broiler or Kienyeji chicken (local chicken)
minced garlic and ginger
pepper, salt, and oil
1, Mix all of the ingredients, except the chicken, in a large mixing bowl. Add the chicken and cover well with the marinade. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
2, Take the chicken out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature for 2 hours.
3, Dry the chicken pieces with paper towels.
4, Prepare your charcoal grill.
5. Cook the chicken pieces on the grill, brushing them with olive oil as they cook.
6, Once they brown and cook properly, you can remove and serve with ugali and Sukuma, and kachumbari
