Ingredients.

1. 1 Tomato

2. 1 onion

3. 2 tablespoon of cooking oil

4. Crushed garlic

5. Dania

6. A little water

Procedure

• Put oil in a pre-approval heated sufuria.

• Add chopped onions and cook for about half a minute until a light brown colour appears.

• Add crushed garlic and cook for about two minutes.

• Add tomatoes and coot until a paste is formed for about two minutes.

• Add a little water and wait for the mixer to boil.

• Dip the fish and cover it so that it can boil for about five minutes under lower heat.

• Sprinkle the Dania on top of the fish and set it aside.
