The main brand consumed being the dairy best, is nowadays becoming of the past in some of the retailers in Nairobi metropolitan.


some of the major retailers around Nairobi which are, Naivas, Carrefour and Quickmart nowadays depend on the Ugandan based milk lato on their shelves for their customers. New Kenya Cooperative Creameries together with Githunguri farmers are also faced by the same problem.




Most of the consumers are nowadays opting for powder and fresh milk to quench their thirst for the commodity.Meru creameries has been overwhelmed since they have been in the market alone.
