Oil to fry
•For The Greens.
3large bunches of pumpkin leaves
Half cup milk.
Put oil in a friying pan and fry your Omena till done and crunch.
Drain excess oil and put chopped onions and let it cook for about 5minutes on low heat.
Garnish coriander leaves and serve.
•For the greens, prepare pumpkin leaves plus Mrenda and cut.
In a pot, put 2 cups of water and add the baking powder.let it simmer.
Wash the mrenda and put inside the pot,stir then add the washed pumpkin leaves.Stir and let cook for 10 minutes.
Once cooked, remove from heat and drain excess using a colander.
Put 1table spoon of oil in another sufuria and add chopped onions,let it brown then add the greens.Let cook for 2minutes then add milk.
Cover and let simmer for about 2 minutes.
•Serve With Yourur Ugali.
