1.1 large apple

2.2 or 3 carrots

3.1 piece of ginger

Directions

1.Wash all your ingredients.

2.Cut the apples, into small pieces

3.For the carrots you can grate them

4.Mash the ginger into a paste.

5.Mix all the ingredients in a blender

6.Add small amount of water and blend

Your carrot apple ginger juice will be ready and fresh to drink.
