We all love Chapati. It's one of the favorite foods to eat. Chapati make one to stay full for long. It is easy to prepare chapati. Today we learn how to prepare sweet chapati mixed with lemon and ginger.
- 1 kg wheat flour
- 1 bunch carrots
- 1 ginger
- 1 lemon
- Cooking oil
- 2 cups Warm water
The procedure to follow;
- First you grate the washed lemon and ginger
- in the same bowl grate the carrots
- them in warm water and add salt
- Use your wheat flour and make a dough
- Cut the dough into small shapes
- each shape,press it on the chapatti stool until its round in shape
- Then put it on a hot pan and add oil
- Your chapati is now ready to be served with tea or any stew.
